The bacon was unusually crispy and delicious, the cheese was melting all over and I asked for a plain bagel, but received an everything and it was better than that plain I ordered. I hope I get another one like that.. it was so good.“
“It was our first time ever in Dunkin' and the lady was so nice helping us out. She even recommended some drinks. Made us ice coffee with caramel we took a dozen of donuts and she selected nice variations for us. Thank you for your time and kindness!“
“Very small. The ladies have a hard time seeing over machines to the counter. Thats why I prefer the drive thru window. I am not the biggest dunkins fan but my dad loves it. He is restricted to home so I come through here at least 12 times a week.I had an issue with the coffee for myself. Sent a message via website. The manager called me personally and offered a replacement and to come in. She showed me the two similar products and I discovered I had been ordering the wrong one! Derp on me. She still made me my now correct coffee. I'm impressed. Figured I would get the usual email reply.The staff that have been here long are fantastic, always super friendly.“

I think it's important to change the narrative here, every time I go, I get excited because simply I never know what I'm going to get! I know it won't be what I ordered, but no matter what it is it's normally pretty good.
