About Wingstop

Wingstop offers great tasting food that stays crispy even after a 20+ minute trip home. The wait can be long, about 35 minutes on a Saturday night dinner time, though the food is hot and fresh. The place just opened and is busy, similar to when Taco Bell, KFC, and Quiznos opened in Hyannis. Guests are greeted right as they walk in, and the cashier gives a wait time, but order tracking isn't updated until the order is finished. Mobile orders are often not ready until 10-15 minutes after the estimated time, and there are often mistakes due to understaffing and a lack of training. The boneless wings are small for being $1 each, and ranch or blue cheese costs $1.79, which should come with something small at the very least. The blue cheese is good and worth getting for the flavor and cooling effect. The spicy korean flavor isn't spicy at all, the Cajun flavor is medium heat if that, and the voodoo fries are spicier than the Cajun flavor. The tenders aren't exactly crunchy outside, but the chicken overall is good. There are odd numbers for ordering either 3 piece, 5 piece, or 7 piece, with no 10 piece for an even half and half for 2 flavors. Overall, it's good for late night, but not the best wing option around.

Food was great tasting and still crispy by the time it got home 20+ minutes later. Wait was definitely a little long (about 35 mins on Saturday night dinner time) but was just 1 minute within their quoted window. They are definitely trying to keep up with the demand, and we were greeted right as we walked in. The order tracking, however, wasn’t updated until it was finished, just said order received when we walked in so we weren’t sure the actual wait time. The cashier said...read full review
I had a great experience here last night! I walked in, ordered and was told the wait time from the lady in front. The food did take a while but it was fresh and sooo good!
The place just opened, no shit its going to be busy, Taco Bell/Kfc and Quiznos were the exact same way when they opened locations in hyannis. When initial interest wains a bit, give the place a chance, the food was good but I did have to wait for a half hour for it.
