Apparently it’s ok for pedestrians to go to the window at the drive through and hold up the line. The employee said so… also they only give you one sauce and give you an attitude if you ask for more…

I hate to say it, and I don’t even do bad google reviews tbh, but this place will have your blood boiling! Literally everyone in there is just trying to get a check. LITERALLY! That’s all they’re doing. And I get it, but seriously! You’re getting paid per hour to be there. But yet, no one, not even the managers, are doing a good job. Constantly messing up people’s orders, constantly giving spicy attitudes, but always on the phone, always having conversations amongst each other. In front of customers at that! Your best bet is to go to another Burger King. Avoid River St at all cost. You’ve been warned…

NOT 24/7 closed at 3am 6/27/25
I just went in to order 2 whopper meals and I had a coupon and wanted to add it to the transaction and the man at the register said he could not adjust or void the transaction to add the coupon. Therefore, I asked for a manager and he called a young lady over that was not a manager either because when I asked her to add my coupon she said she could not either. They are not English native speakers and I believe they do not know how to navigate the system because of a language barrier which is why they could not add my coupon. A manager should be able to know how to adjust such issue. Since they could not resolve my issue I had to end up leaving without the meals. Someone please replace the staff at this Burger King that do not understand how to void a transaction. If not give the workers proper training on voiding out a transaction and all aspects of quality customer service. Horrible service at this location and they were on their phones at the same time as they were supposed to be helping resolve my problem. Help this location!

This location is trash. Half the food wasn't in the bag and the one thing that was in there of my partner's order was a plain burger, which is not what he ordered.

Burger was cold. Bread is hard and burnt. Fries seem to be sitting there for hours. Just a disappointing location. Not sure who’s managing this restaurant. I Grade this location a great big F- all the way. I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King.

I drove to the drive thru, waiting for someone to take my order, the lady told me to wait a second, but had me waiting for over 7 minutes. I decided to drive up to the window since she was taking so long and was told (with an attitude) that I would have to go back in line so she can take my order. This has to be the slowest and most unprofessional BK I ever went to. I end up just going to McDonalds. Don’t go here!

Placed an order for delivery somehow it was canceled called after waiting past the time I was supposed to receive it called 3x an no answer. Then I'm told via app chat I gotta wait 24hr to get my money back smfh
