Burger was cold. Bread is hard and burnt. Fries seem to be sitting there for hours. Just a disappointing location. Not sure who’s managing this restaurant. I Grade this location a great big F- all the way. I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King. I personally give no stars.

I drove to the drive thru, waiting for someone to take my order, the lady told me to wait a second, but had me waiting for over 7 minutes. I decided to drive up to the window since she was taking so long and was told (with an attitude) that I would have to go back in line so she can take my order. This has to be the slowest and most unprofessional BK I ever went to. I end up just going to McDonalds. Don’t go here!

Placed an order for delivery somehow it was canceled called after waiting past the time I was supposed to receive it called 3x an no answer. Then I'm told via app chat I gotta wait 24hr to get my money back smfh
This location is the slowest and worst location ever. They will have you waiting over 30 minutes for food and sometimes they don't even know what's on their own menu! This has been going on since they opened. This is a new building and the one on Cummins hwy been around for years and has WAY better service. Throw the whole place away.
