Through my experience so far since I’m a vampire and come here after midnight, the food (especially the honey snack wraps), the hard working employees, and the atmosphere has never disappointed me. I can’t recall ever having any employee giving me no negative vibes, it’s always love just like how the food is made out of nothing but love. Trust and believe I don’t eat out at fast foods like that, but this Burger King in Hyde park is my only go to fast food spot that is consistent, well seasoned, and swift with my orders.

I used the drive thru and there was a guy playing around on the intercom. Couldn’t remember my order even though I said it 5 times. I just ignored him because he sounded young and English was not his first language. Then when I drove around to pay he had a broom hanging out the drive thru window on the ground so I could run over it. I asked him what he was doing and he said “ I don’t know they told me to do it” I hope they develop some common sense soon. His behavior was very immature and could have been dangerous. I won’t go back.

Apparently it’s ok for pedestrians to go to the window at the drive through and hold up the line. The employee said so… also they only give you one sauce and give you an attitude if you ask for more…
I hate to say it, and I don’t even do bad google reviews tbh, but this place will have your blood boiling! Literally everyone in there is just trying to get a check. LITERALLY! That’s all they’re doing. And I get it, but seriously! You’re getting paid per hour to be there. But yet, no one, not even the managers, are doing a good job. Constantly messing up people’s orders, constantly giving spicy attitudes, but always on the phone, always having conversations amongst each other. In front of customers at that! Your best bet is to go to another Burger King. Avoid River St at all cost. You’ve been warned…

I just went in to order 2 whopper meals and I had a coupon and wanted to add it to the transaction and the man at the register said he could not adjust or void the transaction to add the coupon. Therefore, I asked for a manager and he called a young lady over that was not a manager either because when I asked her to add my coupon she said she could not either. They are not English native speakers and I believe they do not know how to navigate the system because of a language barrier which is why they could not add my coupon. A manager should be able to know how to adjust such issue. Since they could not resolve my issue I had to end up leaving without the meals. Someone please replace the staff at this Burger King that do not understand how to void a transaction. If not give the workers proper training on voiding out a transaction and all aspects of quality customer service. Horrible service at this location and they were on their phones at the same time as they were supposed to be helping resolve my problem. Help this location!
