The front of the house is clean enough. But the tables and chairs and the bathrooms and the rug don’t look like they've been cleaned in a decade. Everytime i cone to this location and ask for steak and cheese in a pocket they don’t have pockets/pita bread. Why? There should be consistency with each location and Kingston doesn’t have any of that. Staff is friendly though and kitchen is busy all the time.
I recently visited the Papa Gino’s in Kingston, MA for the first time in a few years. The place has definitely changed for the better, with modern decor and sleek hardwood floors giving it a fresh, updated feel. Since it was conveniently on my way from work, I placed an online order and was given the pickup time of 6:55 PM. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. I've been going to this particular location since I was a very young child and it's changed several times over the years. My dad used to get a jug of beer and a large pizza with fountain drinks for me and my brother for about $20. Now it's $40 for a large pizza and 3 bottled drinks. There's no fountain drinks anymore and they don't have cheese and pepper flakes on the table anymore. The service was great and the atmosphere was fine. Just the prices are...
