This McDonald’s is always immaculate. The staff is invariably friendly—they greet you enthusiastically at the speaker and at the window when you’re on drive-through. While it is more expensive than other locations, that is outweighed by the positives.
Busy, understaffed, and the employees who are there don't seem to know what they're doing. They kept losing orders (as far as I can tell they gave away my online order to someone else) and during the 20 minutes I stood there waiting they forget to give every single customer the drinks that came with their orders. Ridiculous.

Air conditioning was running. Apparently cook staff were too warm. Tried to complain as several customers stated how cold it was in there. Not sure because I didn't get a response that made sense, but pretty sure they didn’t get it or they didn't care. No medium drink tops. I will say the burgers are much better than I remember. Much more expensive but a decent burger especially for fast food.
