“Nice old school New England Polynesian Chinese restaurant. Plenty of seating with the bar separated from the general area. Old school Chinese decorative interior that adds to the ambiance. Our server, Jessica was awesome! Out of all the places that I have reviewed, they might have the best orange crispy beef that I have ever had. Everything is made in house. Their egg rolls are old school with a celery base, absolutely delicious! They are very generous with portions and the prices are extremely fair. Unlike most, on a regular PuPu platter you get 4 pieces of beef teriyaki and extra chicken fingers and lots of boneless ribs. I'm excited to go back and try their Peking duck! Definitely worth checking out!“
“My post isn’t about the food which is always good. Our waiter was Justin. Nicest kid on the planet he provided excellent service. His parents must be proud. Since moving to Plymouth a couple years ago we finally made it. Would come back in a heartbeat.“
“It’s a fine place to get lunch but it can be somewhat expensive (especially for a fast food restaurant). Food is good but the restaurant could feel somewhat cleaner.Parking: There is a large parking lot there, and due to the low business of the rest of the mall, it is always mostly empty.Kid-friendliness: I see kids there, but I don’t see a kids menu so I assume it’s at least somewhat kid friendly. It’s a fast food restaurant so children are welcome either way with the atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: The whole area is flat, but the entrance has narrow doors and there are 2 of them so one could be temporarily trapped in the antechamber while attempting to open the other door. If it’s unlocked, there’s a door on the side towards the back that is more wheelchair accessible.“
“Five stars. This place should be turned into a church because the food I was eating tasted like the body and blood of Jesus Christ. Honestly, the people were so sweet too. The guy even gave me a special surprise because of my large tip. Their eyes are thin but the noodles have never been thicker. Again, five stars. And I would definitely recommend for kids. ;)“
“Dropped in with my mother last week (weekday) in the late afternoon for a late lunch / early dinner. While the place was remarkably busy for the time, we were able to be seated right away in the bar area. The food was fantastic. We got the tried-and-true dishes like Veal Parm and the Chicken Alfredo which were both prepared perfectly. The Calamari with peppers before our meal were crispy, fresh, and delicious - definitely worth a try. Overall, portion sizes were large, but not overwhelming, and the flavors were spot on. Cocktails were wonderful and we shared a seasonal (winter) drink called the 'Brown Butter Burbon Old Fashioned' after our meals for a sweet ending. We both agreed it was one of the most unique beverages we've ever had and to spoke to the bartender to compliment her our way out. While not at full 'Boston South' prices, I found the bill at the end of our experience to be reasonable for what we were served. Staff were pleasant, inviting, and knowledgable and the ambiance was just right for a late afternoon Italian indulgence. Thumbs WAY up for Carmella's. Looking forward to my next visit!“
