Very disappointing experience with Bali’s Restaurant in Lawrence, MA. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and after waiting more than an hour past the delivery time, I called the restaurant. They admitted they made a mistake, yet I still had to keep waiting. Because of the long delay, Uber Eats decided to issue me a refund. Shortly after that, the restaurant called me directly about the refund, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customers shouldn’t be contacted personally after a refund decision made by Uber Eats. I hope the management improves communication and customer service in the future.

I have eaten in the restaurant and the food is more passable but I ordered for delivery and after waiting more than an hour and paying a lot, they sent me the worst seafood paella in the world and the dry and horrible mofongo, I will never return more to order here
