Coffee was sub par at best and food was terrible. Ordered bagels with cream cheese, got back burnt bagels and cream cheese on the side in the drive through. If I’m ordering a bagel in the DRIVE THROUGH, I clearly don’t have free hands to use a knife and spread cream cheese. Very lazy, very disappointing. Management should fix this.
I don’t know why it has such a low rating. The coffee and service was better than any dunks in the area and even better quality than some Dunkin in Boston. This place is actually mixing the drinks!
They don’t know how to make a macchiato . Enough said !
