Olga's Catering-Picaderas-Lawrence-methuen

I hired Olga for my Wedding this last weekend. When I hired her I told I would need her to stay at the Venue until the wedding ended. She said ok. But this was not the case. On my Wedding day she brings the food to venue and leaves. Who double books themselves for two Weddings at the same time. Well she left incompetent people in charge. The staff were to serve the couple first and no one did. My husband had to get up and get the food which was unacceptable. I did not eat. Now to food we had steak and pork both were very salty. I originally told I her I needed the food to be low in salt. I guess she did listen. All of the rice was flavorless. The pasta was not good according to guest. Because they were short staffed some of the trays of food were not opened. The young kids who were serving threw away full cups of purchased drink of my guests which had paid for which is unacceptable. She also picked a fight with my decorator over table linen. This to was unprofessional of her. Husband actually got food poisoning. Unfortunately I would never recommend her again. I am very disappointed 😔.
