Michael's Bakery is the only and the best Mediterranean and Middle Eastern authentic sweet factory in the Merrimack Valley: the cakes are made with fresh ingredients and balanced sweetness that you can feel each and every taste, without being overwhelmed with the taste of sugar, what made the cakes there soooo healthy, I tried them all. Can't wait for my Knefeh to come, I ordered it for Monday.
We came in on Sunday morning and met the baker. One of the most kind and delightful people I’ve met! The treats were amazing we tried 4 kinds of baklava, ghraybeh, a large bonbon, and cookies. Everything was so good. I can’t wait to go back again!!

My wife and I decided to take a quick drive from Salem NH to Michael’s Bakery in Methuen after this bakery came up on Google. And we’re thrilled that we did! We got several pastries, and a bunch of baklava.Also, the gentleman that helped us (the owner maybe?) was the absolute nicest guy! He happily answered several questions for us, and even gave us some free samples to taste.Everything was delicious, and we’ll be back for sure!
