Visited today for the first time. We were greeted with a generous host that had us try a couple of kinds of cookies. We were there to order a Yule log for Christmas, we heard it's the best in the area. We brought home multiple pieces of cake to try, including Black Forest and White Forest cake. Everything tasted absolutely scrumptious!

**NEVER GO HERE FOR CAKES****Lack of Care, Presentation, and Quality**I’ve had cakes made here in the past and no issues. But today was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this business. We had order a cake over a month ago to be completed for the morning of my mother’s birthday party. All details of having the cake to be white, with chocolate covered strawberries and fresh fruit while having a burgundy trim were understood and written down to be perfect for the day of her party. My parents arrived to pick up the cake and the person at the counter said “the cake wasn’t suppose to be ready until 10am.” Excuse me? This cake that you’ve had the past two days to get ready is completely white. The guy at the counter brings it to the back, and slaps on neon pink and purple onto the cake and cracks the frosting leaving it a mess. We decided to put strawberries on it to fix the mess they made. My parents paid over $150 dollars for a effin mess of cake. Nothing on this cake was what they requested on top of the terrible quality of presentation. The cake is crucial part of any birthday celebration, and the service here was god awfully rude for the price we had to pay. Lack of quality and presentation for the cake being made. I’m disgusted and we will not be coming back or referring anyone to this bakery ever again. They are lucky it wasn’t me who was in there when they went to pick up the cake. I’m sure they won’t even bother to try to refund, if they really treated the cake the way they did today.

We stumbled in here looking for a place to eat and get coffee. No coffee but the best meal we’ve had in a long time. The owner was so sweet and gave my daughter some cookies while we waited. We got a falafel, zaatar, and meat pie. It was all amazing. And the customer service was above and beyond. We live in NH but we were down in Mass for some shopping but we will definitely come down here again to eat. Their cakes look amazing but we only tasted the cookies.

My wife and I decided to take a quick drive from Salem NH to Michael’s Bakery in Methuen after this bakery came up on Google. And we’re thrilled that we did! We got several pastries, and a bunch of baklava.Also, the gentleman that helped us (the owner maybe?) was the absolute nicest guy! He happily answered several questions for us, and even gave us some free samples to taste.Everything was delicious, and we’ll be back for sure!

Michael's Bakery is the only and the best Mediterranean and Middle Eastern authentic sweet factory in the Merrimack Valley: the cakes are made with fresh ingredients and balanced sweetness that you can feel each and every taste, without being overwhelmed with the taste of sugar, what made the cakes there soooo healthy, I tried them all. Can't wait for my Knefeh to come, I ordered it for Monday.

We came in on Sunday morning and met the baker. One of the most kind and delightful people I’ve met! The treats were amazing we tried 4 kinds of baklava, ghraybeh, a large bonbon, and cookies. Everything was so good. I can’t wait to go back again!!

Their sweets and wraps are great and at an affordable price. There are dates, pistachios, and walnuts. Three different flavors in my picture below.If you want to grab lunch, come over here for the shawarma and kafta! But remember they open at 2 pm, unlike other days.

Best bakery in NE Mass. People are incredibly nice, prices are great, and the food is really good. Tried a couple things, strawberry cheesecake was great, and I have no idea what I had but the stick covered in caramelized something was phenomenal. Not too sweet and tons of flavor. Definitely go here.
