whenever i come in here the employees seem to be in a bad mood and help other customers first even if i have already been waiting for 10 minutes. they have gotten frustrated and yelled at me before for not speaking spanish so i will not be coming back. i was hoping it was maybe just one employee that was maybe having a bad day, but it's happened just about every time i have been here so my biggest critiques are despite the food being good, they don't like if you can only speak English and the service is very slow

I ordered uber Eats from there. I received the wrong order and uber eats just refunded me the money. When I opened the food I could see the bad quality. Chicharrones were just fully of fat and tostones not fully cooked inside. Food is overpriced. I called the restaurant to see if they have my order to give it a try and to ask if they have delivery. The lady confirm she had my order and first she said it would be $5 dollars to delivery, then I gave the hotel address (13 min from restaurant) and she said it would be $10 instead. I agreed. But then delivery took forever so I called back to cancel. She got angry and start with lies saying driver was on the way, that she is doing me a favor because my uber eats order was to pickup and not deliver (when I’m the one with the evidence of my delivery order), and more excuses. So from a person that order food in uber eats very frequently that was a total Scam for me.

They collect the tip themselves, since they had to return me 58.91 and they stole the 91. They set one price and end up with another. The passion fruit dessert says 3.50 online, they say it's 4.00 in the restaurant and it's 3.70. It's not the cents because I have given more money; It was the abuse. Not to mention the ordered skewers. If they were freshly made, they must have been hot, they were like ice. They didn't have sauce, the pieces were poorly cut as they were bitten or cut by hand, the fries were cold and old. I won't buy there again as long as I live.

Why you sell a sandwich, call it a Chimi and it's only meat and bread? No cabbage, no tomatoes, no onions or mayo ketchup?.. a dominican chimi and I specially ordered "con todo" and it was just meat and bread.. so disappointing 😞

They should inform you that the mofongo is fried! Yuck! Super dry. And the fried meat or carnitas as they call it, overcooked (pure straw) inedible!!! And a business can afford to sell such bad food. When there are hundreds of restaurants around??? First and last time!!!

I ordered for a pickup and my wait time was nearly tripled. The staff members were very busy and clearly couldn’t keep up with the demand. They have long waits and many inpatient customers. I like the food here but the service was were disappointing.
