Wendy's in Lawrence

“The service here is really good, and the place is always clean. I’ve visited several times, even when they’re busy, and they still manage to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time and at the right temperature. The food quality is satisfying overall — nothing to complain about — though since it’s a chain restaurant, I don’t expect perfection (just part of my personal philosophy). That’s why I’m giving 4 out of 5 for the food.

What stands out the most is the service from two of the managers! I don’t remember their names, but it’s a bilingual woman and a bilingual man. Both are friendly, quick to offer recommendations, and always have a pleasant, short conversation while taking your order. The whole process is fast and professional.

This location is definitely different from the Wendy’s between the Common and Hampshire St. that I reviewed earlier, a much better experience here“

“Thank you for being the ONLY restaurant to add napkins to my order without being asked. Fries weren’t salty, my jr. bacon was well prepped, crispy bacon, buns weren’t stale.
