My girlfriend and myself were in the area for the weekend and on the prowl for a nice little local spot we could relax and indulge in some good beer. Bucky's definitely didn't disappoint! It's a small, dive type local bar that you could easily miss if just walking by. The outside looks as if it's a liquor store or your local mini mart, but once inside they have keno and scratch ticket machines and plenty of room for its patrons. This is a good place to go if you want a bar setting or to grab a beer on your lunch break. The food is really good. I recommend the chilli cheese burger it's pretty good. The fries are the best though. They're always nice and crispy.

This definitely isn't the type of place you want to visit if you're looking for a bunch of stuff on tap (or even a bartender who seems interested in doing much more than pouring you a one-ingredient drink), but it's fairly clean, pretty quiet, and has all the local color you'd want from a place with "Tavern" in its name.
