“My husband and I Drive the mass pike at least twice a month. McDonald’s is our go to. We have been to this McDonald’s 3 times and it is by far the best McDonald’s we have gone to. The employees are kind And helpful .the food is consistently good and fresh hot fries!“

“What a warm lunch spot! Very friendly Atmosphere ! We tried the Soup special, Shredded beef soup with cabbage! It was incredibly flavorful, rich and spiced perfectly! “Stopped by with family the day after Christmas to bowl with family. The bowling alley was very busy and Adam greeted us kindly and promptly gave us our lane. After stopping by the bar I quickly realized Adam was one of two employees working at the time. He was incredible, he was kind to everyone that walked in. He was able to handle not only assigning lanes, working the bar, and fixing lanes and balls that are stuck. He handled it with a smile on his face and did not seem stressed at all! Overall the bowling alley was clean, lanes work up to my expectations, and the customer service is phenomenal!“

“Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. It’s a hard one to explain, since I have been to so many fast food drive-throughs in my life. Tonight was so very different. The first person I interacted with had a sense of humor (Surprising, especially since the drive-through line was so long.) But the best part was a female in the background (helping with orders) echoing his humor. I don’t remember the exact words exchanged, but as I was waiting, felt like I was being treated to a comedy show. The two of them sounded like they were having so much fun! When I arrived at the window to pick up my order they handed it to me with a smile. I’m writing this because, in today’s world, what I experienced tonight is rare. I am quite sure these employees do not make a living wage. And yet, they show up at Burger King WITH a sense of humor! Thank you to all of you who show up with a smile. ✨“
