Very casual and comfortable. Lighting is a bit low, conversation noise level a bit high. Good atmosphere, food good but nothing particularly special or outstanding. A good choice for most any general occasion. Parking is a bit of a challenge.

We went on a Friday night. It was very busy but we were seated quickly. We both enjoyed our meals, desserts and drinks. The atmosphere was such a great vibe. Can't wait to go again!

It was enjoyable. I can't remember the name of the band playing that night. They were good and had the dance floor filled with smiling electrified people.

Very nice spot in the heart of Lenox. Good food, great vibe and excellent cocktails!

We had the best seat at the bar, a rounded end! The food was excellent, sausage soup was incredible! We'll definitely come back.

Didn't book a table, but they managed to find us a spot.
Service was good, food was great.
Good, varied menu. Wish I was in the area longer to try other dishes.

The welcome was a bit rude, with tables available they wanted to seat us at the bar we had to insist that they seat us at a table.
The pierogi was quite difficult to split, the salmon lacked seasoning and the zucchini spaghetti was excellent.
Good but slow service.

Firefly Gastropub absolutely meets the need of the aroused appetite. We both satisfied our hunger pangs with classic hamburger servings and IPA. The pub milieu is perfect!

Great place for food and drinks. The staff are polite and very attentive. The manager is on point and very sweet.
The RI clams were delicious! The tempura shrimp tasted fresh and crispy.

This is my first one star review and I am being a as truthful as possible.
Why give food a single star? I believe that preparation is as important as quality. Even if you have good ingredients you cannot make a good salad by just throwing them in a bowl. What makes for poor service? Not being prompt, not insuring that all the wine glasses are filled equally, and finally making errros on the payment. How hard is it to divide by three? What about atmosphere? Being able to talk across the table, having a clean table, and maybe a tablecloth. Finally little things like charging for bread on the table, $4.00 for a very small portion. I think at these prices you can do much better. I would not expect the same from McDonalds; but Firefly is not inexpensive. The gratuity is included for parties of 6+ and you cannot make a reservation for less.

I had lobster bisque (it was very good), their Demi Baguette (good, but some herb in it, if you like it, it would be great), and the Traditional Bolognese (not as good). My wife had the Pan Seared Scallops (Good). I believe the food is mostly good. I did not like the Bolognese that much but other foods they make looked much better and I am willing to try it again next time I am in town. The atmosphere is good as is the physical infrastructure. Good place to go.
