Everything about Zinc was outstanding. The food, service and atmosphere was superb. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a memorable meal.
We stopped at Bistro Zinc on a very busy evening and sat at the bar. The restaurant was packed, but the staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive.
We started with the tuna tartare special. It tasted good, but unfortunately it didn’t have that really fresh quality you want from tuna tartare — it seemed like it may have been assembled earlier and refrigerated for a while before being served.
