“This is the PINNACLE of McDonald’s restaurants in Massachusetts. ALWAYS professional, respectful and prompt. Most of their workers are Spanish, BUT CERTAINLY is not an issue, they speak English perfectly or well enough to do excellent business. It’s clear they work as a TEAM. The McDonald’s at the Leominster Mall - my wife always has a bad experience (she isn’t Spanish nor can she understand it) and she is always cussed at in Spanish when she orders.

This Restaurant (Leominster next to Wal Mart) is hands down the best. The Workers that were working today 1/15/25 were EXCELLENT: SABAH (working the front counter) , KARMEN AND JESSICA (Managers I think), and ALL of the workers working out back, especially MELISSA who made my Burger (that was particularly specific, but not too crazy complicated) - the burger was on point - Perfect. Thank You Alll.
