“The only thing keeping this from being a standard fast food experience was the sheer professionalism and courtesy from Olivia, one of the workers. She was genuinely one of the most kind customer service workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. On top of her generally friendly demeanor, she went above and beyond to speak with me like I’m a human, which is pretty rare in customer service nowadays, especially at McDonalds. I saw her giving the same level of courtesy to other customers walking in, and it is clear that her number one priority is the satisfaction of the customer. I’m genuinely appalled and can’t praise this performance enough.“

“Best McDonalds in Worcester! I stopped in to pick up some ice and various other things for a tournament nearby at Greenhill Park. Mirta (I’m sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!) notice how much I had to carry and repacked my order to help me, adding a drink holder inside the bag. The ice was also $3 for two 8lb bags! The food was hot and good. I enjoyed the unsweetened ice tea very much. I used the restroom and it was clean and well lit, without a key code, which is rare in Worcester. The main area and said area were all clean and well supplied.another employee held the door for me as I left. I’ve never been treated so well at a McDonald’s. And everyone working there was caring and friendly and helpful. I have other McDonald’s near my house, but this one is worth the longer drive. I also love the flowers outside.“

“Came here to order burger and nuggets. Very clean organized . Service is fast at 3pm during weekday. For a nugget pack with a Toney nugget in it. Ask her if she could please replace it. Was very pleasant and didn’t hesitate to give me a whole new nuggets order. Excellent customer service! Thank you“

“It's fast food...so all I can really talk about is the play space. I did not really like that it was so small. I was thinking of having a birthday celebration there, but I don't think it's a good idea. I will be checking out other McDonald's play space near Worcester to see which would be better.“
