McDonald's in Worcester

“Yes, I am giving THIS McDonalds location five stars. Yes, I know that is crazy. Yes, compared to my other reviews of local businesses this doesn’t make any sense.

But this is consistently the best managed McDonald’s in Worcester. They never mess up my order, the food is actually hot and edible.

I know it’s a low bar to eat halfway edible McDonald’s but this place well exceeds my expectations every time.“

“Came here to order burger and nuggets. Very clean organized . Service is fast at 3pm during weekday. For a nugget pack with a Toney nugget in it. Ask her if she could please replace it. Was very pleasant and didn’t hesitate to give me a whole new nuggets order. Excellent customer service! Thank you“

“I have not eaten at McDonald's in several years. The latest hype about the Big Arch and videos I watched online made it difficult to resist. I placed my order through the drive thru. I was very impressed that at each stage of the ordering, payment, and pickup that my full order was reviewed. All the workers I encountered were friendly and professional. When I pulled up to the window to get my food, I was instructed to pull up and wait because the Big Arch apparently involved more time to prep. The wait was not long, and the person delivered my full order on a tray. He also double checked my full order with me. The overall positive experience will likely lead me back to this McDonalds more often.
As far as the Big Arch experience, I can't give a well rounded opinion. I wanted to see how few bites it would take me to eat one. When I was in high school, I would eat the Big Mac in two bites to entertain my friends. My wife was not as amused to see me eat the Big Arch in 4 bites. I don't think I could do it in 3. Before they stop selling the Big Arch, I will definitely be back to get another and consume it like a normal person and evaluate the flavor.“

“It's fast food...so all I can really talk about is the play space. I did not really like that it was so small. I was thinking of having a birthday celebration there, but I don't think it's a good idea. I will be checking out other McDonald's play space near Worcester to see which would be better.“
