This location is really good with its food; they do an amazing job at that whole aspect. The issue I have with them is the service because half of the staff are very friendly, and a lot of them just do the bare minimum. Now that doesn't mean all the employees are like that, because many of the employees are going above and beyond, and the only reason I keep going is because of those employees. I pre ordered in the app just to have to wait 20 minutes for 2 hashbrowns and a sandwich
Your employees are not following serve safe not wearing gloves when handling food of wearing hair nets with long hair. Strict health rules have to followed this is the Worcester ma on main st. No excuse for serve safe not being followed.
