I'm a delivery worker, I had to wait for more than 10 minutes outside the establishment with a minimum temperature of 20F because no one had the courage to serve us even though I got the attention of everyone inside the establishment, I'm very upset and very irritated by the poor service

I went thru the drive thru and I order 2 number 7 with just cheese and ketchup they don’t have cheese or ketchup and I ask the lady at the window twice if it only had cheese and ketchup and she said yes when I look there’s none bad food service bad customer
One star because you can't do less, it seems like the workers there have to pay for the toppings, they put the INGREDIENTS WRONG AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, IF THEY HATE THEIR JOB, DON'T DO IT AND SEND ME MY DAMN FOOD HOW I ORDERED IT.Plus, they take the order the way they want so the price is higher. I'M TIRED OF LEAVING STOLEN AND WITH THE WRONG FOOD.
