During the nightshirt, this McDonald’s consistently has a wait time of 20+ minutes, even if you’re the only one in line. You will sit at the speaker or window for 20+ minutes. There’s a 30% chance they’ll get your order wrong too.Staff is friendly, at least.Daytime, it’s better.
Placed an order on the app. Picked up in the drive thru. Our sodas had 4 ice cubes and the cup was only 3/4 full, a full 2 inches down. Fries were cold. Really not a great lunch for my kids and I. If we weren't running late I would have returned the food.

They did not have enough people working - the drive through line had 16 cars in it when I arrived. So I chose to go inside - only 3 people working. Spoke to a nice high school student who was working who told me the manager did not think they would be busy. It was New Years Day!
