Early morning on Marathon day, I was hoping to grab a breakfast meal in the morning before my 6:00am shift. I placed and order and drove out to pick it up before my shift. I arrived around 5:45am hoping my meal would be ready to start my day but the person in the window told me they are not working normal hours. I left upset and hungry throughout the morning.
I came back to the store after my work shift preparing to request a refund for the inconvenience. When I arrived, #KS and the other front desk female employee helped me re-prepare my meal. This helped make my day better. Please send these two staff kudos.“
