I get lunch here a few times a week as I work close by. I only have a 30 min lunch so I always order through the app and use the super convenient curbside pickup.
I never have an issue with my food or service.
Today my lettuce in my salad was pretty rotten. I called to let them know so they could toss what they had left and wouldn’t have any other complaints.
Manager offered to refund my money and I said no. Not a big deal.

Loved this place and service was excellent.
This was my first time recently coming to this Panera Bread location. This Panera Bread is booming for business there was like 50 people coming & going. Panera Bread offers a good dining experience, although some issues remain. The online ordering system can be confusing, which may lead to missed specials. Prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, as some customers have pointed out. For example, the mac and cheese servings are described as small. The Asian salad is still recommended for those with dietary restrictions. The restaurant is busy but maintains quick service. Staff shortages have impacted the overall quality, yet improvements are anticipated. The pizza remains a popular choice, with perfect portion sizes for lunch. Quick ordering is efficient and hassle-free. Many people come to Panera to eat and get work done, although some have noted a lack of outlets for electronics. The atmosphere is described as amazing, and the music is low enough to not be a distraction. Overall, the store is clean, though interaction with customers by workers could improve.
