I went for the first time, and was greeted with amazing service, and a friendly face :). I got the breakfast sandwich with the aioli on an english muffin.. it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had! The orange cranberry scone was amazing as well! Coffee is delicious!! Everything is made in house- I’d recommend this over Tatte. I had a great experience! I will be coming back.

This inviting little bakery produces some of the finest pastries in the area. With every visit I am amazed there is little to no wait for the sumptuous collection of scones, cruffins, cupcakes, and more. My 'go to' as of late has been a perfectly-sized, ever so tasty chocolate chip scone paired with one of their many flavors of finely brewed iced coffee (though I confess I do wrestle each time whether to instead opt for the equally tasty egg and cheese sandwich on a biscuit, that Ramona somehow manages to elevate to beyond ordinary). The variety of pastries is perfect for my family, the kids adore the cinnamon cruffin and cupcakes. We are fortunate to have Ramona and her pastry shop in Lexington.

Agree with other reviewers that this place is a hidden gem. The cappuccino was one of the best I’ve had in Massachusetts! All the baked goods are made on site, too. Will definitely be back!

The BIY pastries are outstanding. I've tried several over the past year I've been going there; my favorite was the seasonal mint chocolate chip scone, and the orange/cranberry scone is a close second. I've enjoyed everything I've tried - they are extremely talented bakers. The owner is very nice, too - it's a great local business all around. Highly recommend!

This is a hidden gem! We came in here after a bike ride for coffee and an egg sandwich. The egg sandwich was on a homemade biscuit and one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had. The baked goods were unbelievable. The owner, Ramona, is so sweet. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend you check this place out!

I've had the breakfast sandwiches here a few times and they are some of the best I've ever had. The biscuits they are on are delicious, the bacon is thick cut and cooked to perfection, the sauces are delicious, and the eggs are cooked to this airy textured I have never experienced anywhere else before. The storefront is a little unassuming and hides this amazing gem of a bakery.
