Went to Cake in Lexington today to purchase some of their cupcakes for a gift. I did not realize that they only do online orders now. Susan explained and then went out of her way to accommodate me anyway. Her kindness and generosity of spirit was wonderful. I have not had that kind of customer service probably ever. The cakes and cupcakes are delicious and don't need my review. Kudos to Susan, she even gave me a free cupcake!
Cake has been an integral part of our cake needs for years. Their cakes are BEAUTIFUL and always looks better than what we had imagined! Their great with food allergies (nuts, seeds etc) and can even bake you something vegan! The customer service is impeccable and the owner is one of the most helpful and is one of the sweetest business owners we have ever worked with. Can't say enough food things about Cake. 50/10 recommend!

My experience with Cake Inc was one of a kind and incredibly special! From the first email with Susan, I knew that I had picked the right local bakery to order my parent's anniversary cake from. Susan was a dream to work with, exceptionally kind and professional. I sent her an inspiration photo but the cake was more beautiful than the photo and she even added on another tier to our surprise. I plan on telling everyone about Cake Inc, Susan went above and beyond!
