Stood in line for 10 minutes. There were 5 people to the side waiting for orders, and all the staff did was fill mobile orders that came in. I left after 10 minutes of standing at the register, and not one person on the side got their orders.

We order 3 Bacon and cheese on a croissant from here but they gave us all 3 sausage one. I drove back to tell them and they tried fighting with me saying that we ordered sausage. I don’t like sausage though. There were 2 female working there and both were so rude saying they got lot of years experience and they don’t want to give the bacon sandwich in exchange. Hope you try to get good employees so your business runs good. Not coming back. Thank you

Service is bad, just kept 4 pieces of hash browns in my order and frosted donuts are all kept in the same bag and frosting mixed with other donuts

It's adjoining the minutemen trail. Car parking, and outside sitting are an added advantage.

This dunkies needs more tables indoors for customers to sit down with a cup of coffee. Do they really need all that space for Baskin Robbins ice cream?

This is my third time to Baskin-Robbins, poor administration and service. Customers are trying to show how to scoop the ice cream and do a hot fudge on it. Everything falls on floor. It is basic for attendants to know English especially. They always say the milkshake machine is broken. In a span of 1year 6 months i came to Baskin-Robbins 3 times just to get a milkshake and every time I come here they say the machine is broke and they’re trying to close it by 6:30pm, upon asking why, they say that they need to go by 7:00 Pm.

The only good thing about this place the parking. Service is awfully slow and chaotic between Dunkin customers and the Baskin Robbin customers. I would stay away if possible.

Always quick and friendly service. And as an added bonus they have a Baskin-Robbins. The coffee drinks are good but don't overlook that ice cream!Just bear in mind that this Dunkin does not have a drive-thru.

Parking: Lot is small probably holds about 10 cars and every now and then during the morning Rush you may not be able to get a space

Constantly fails to make orders correctly. Over and over. These aren't even complex orders. 2 sandwiches, they only make 1. A sandwich and hash browns, they don't make the hash browns.

First, there are two Dunkins on Woburn st. Lexington. MA We are reviewing the location near the Minuteman Rail Trail on Monday afternoon (11/19) visit.Second, we don't usually order Dunkin food. Its frozen and microwaved and feels overpriced for the quality. What should have been a 5 minute visit turned into 15+ minutes of disappointment.Thought we'd try the new pancake sandwich. Received a cold rubberry egg on rye bread (didn't find out until we were on our way!) Not that busy, but the line and service were wicked slow. The machine that makes coolattas was out of order. The sign on the restroom: "Out of Order" . (No bicyclists allowed?).In summary. This Dunkin franchise location is Out of Order!
