I just wanted to take the time to give appreciation and recognition to Alex who works at this Dunkin Donuts. He is always making sure his customers are satisfied even in hectic busy situations. My orders have been messed up a few times and every time I went back inside, Alex fixed my order and then some. He always throws in extra hash browns or a donut to make up for the mistake. Whenever he is working my food comes out the best. He is a very kind guy with great customer service and I think he should be recognized for this. He always has a big smile on no matter the circumstances. I noticed a lot of new employees and I can see where that can be stressful but Alex keeps his composure. I come here almost every morning and he always makes my day.
Don't go on the weekends. The employees there have no idea what to do and coffee tastes like cabbage. Week days are a little better. Go inside though nobody answers at the drive thru even though they say it's open.

Really good grill restaurant in Talpiot. Lots of good choices, tasty food, the usual unlimited salads/chummus/etc.
