I decided on the strawberry cake, and it was an absolute triumph! It was light and fluffy—perfectly balanced and not that sweet. An instant favorite!
My family and I have been buying cakes for special occasions and bubble tea on a regular day for YEARS from Sweet Thyme. We've never had a bad experience, and the cakes are always moist, fluffy, and most importantly, not too sweet.
Today I got to try a few things at this little cozy bakery located at Lexington town center . The food tastes so fresh here and the owners are very thoughtful making the experience the best for the customers. They take pride providing high quality bakery and service. Highly recommended.
