The food was delicious -well organized - and very appealing to the eye! They tables are set up in close proximity and there is a noise factor as it's one room - but that's just the nature of the beast, as they say. It's a well decorated, lovely room, with wonderful staff. Will definitely visit again!

The play itself was cute and enjoyable, but the overall experience had some drawbacks. There was only one person helping with service, so everything took a bit longer than expected. On top of that, there was a fly in the room which was pretty distracting, annoying, and disgusting. The food was just okay, nothing special. Overall, a mixed experience. I will be trying the Belmont place soon, hopefully the experience will be different.

They hosted a classy 50th birthday party for my daughter. It was received very well. I recommend it.

Cute little tea room. They had a good selection of teas but the food was bad. The bread (on super mini sandwiches) was dry and not fresh. The rest of the food was not great neither. The portions were very small and the sweets looked like they were store bought.

Lovely day spent with dear friend at Vintage Tea House. Clean and very nice service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend this lovely place.

The experience was perfect. Went to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday and she loves anything tea themed. The tables were set up so nicely upon entering. The service was great. Loved how there was no matching dinnerware. Made it look so cute! Would definitely cone back again!

We had the most wonderful time at Vintage Tea & Cake Company. The service was truly exceptional. We brought my 4 year old daughter and her two cousins (6 and 3) and they were so wonderful. They made their first tea party so special. We will definitely be coming back!!

Delightful and delicious!
Hosted an afternoon tea with 8 other women. It was a wonderful way to get to know each other and have a meaningful conversation!

The tea itself was amazing. The tea selections, the sandwiches, the biscuits, and the chocolate - all amazing. The staff was super helpful and kind. The venue was nice for what we were looking for, but if you are looking for a place for a fancy high tea, it may be worth visiting the venue before booking. It felt to me like we were in the reception room of my old church, which has its comforts, but isn't what everyone would necessarily be looking for. Then again, maybe that's exactly what you are looking for! Check it out!

Although parking was nearby, it was metered, not enough time per payment to get through a 2 and a 1/2 hour tea, and you couldn't re-up the same parking spot. You had to move to a new spot in order to be able to deposit again. On the upside, it seemed like meter enforcement was low - nobody who chose not to move got a ticket.

Took my mother here for her birthday. She was super happy with the place.

We gave this 2 out of 5 stars based on our experiences at other tea houses. The waitresses were wonderful, however aside from that, it was about 90° inside and very loud. The sandwiches were average and pastry’s appeared to be store-bought (average) and the tea itself was not very good! Also, everything came at one time! The tea, the biscuits, the sandwiches and the desserts, were all on one platter! When my 12-year old daughter assigned the 2 stars, I agreed. It’s if you’re local for a quick stop, not worth the drive bc there are better places.

Tea was lovely - quiet elegance. Pastries were delicious and we enjoyed the sandwiches too.

I’ve been to a few high teas in my day and this was just disappointing. The layout of the tearoom is super awkward, so staff can’t see you when you walk in through the door. We showed up 6ish minutes late to our reservation and waited an additional 10 minutes (just shy of the 20 minute grace period) before someone passed by and was able to admit us in. Service was wicked slow. It was super loud inside. The scone was kinda rubbery and the clotted cream was too stiff. I liked the sandwiches and I liked that the price was pretty reasonable compared to other high teas I’ve been to. It’s just a shame that Massachusetts doesn’t have more decent high tea places around.

I may have too high of expectation to this restaurant. The atmosphere was good and the service was great. The food was not as good as I expected. The tea was not the best.
