Not only do they not care about the customers. Granted I’m saying this because as people walked in no one greeted anyone, have we become so low as a society of humans where greeting customers is null and void? I’m leaning not we aren’t I go to plenty of places that greet customers. Either way the line was long and it appeared someone in charge was just chatting it up with someone and no one was at the register I’m guessing 8 people were in line. They serve the absolute best bagels in the Boston area and their cream cheeses are to die for. Excellent sandwich creations...They also make great pastries donuts, and cookies. The coffee is pretty flavorful as well. The staff is friendly and awesome.
