Recently bought some Japanese wagyu ribeye comes with a certificate of authenticity.looks amazing shipping is fast. I also bought some Australian wagyu picanha was on sale came packaged perfectly. I 100 percent plan too order from them again I wish michigan had some of this meat.

The steak tasted amazing! Melt in your mouth very tasty ribeye. It was well-packaged in a foam cooler and with gel ice-packs were still cold when it arrived. They were also super responsive and helpful when I made an error with my order and fixed it right away. Thanks alpine butcher!

When I received my order it was missing a wagyu Denver steak, I contacted them and because they were out of the size I ordered they gave me a 3 oz upgrade free of charge and sent it the following week. Waiting to receive it but that's pretty good customer service. The ribeye I did receive and cooked on the cast iron was the best steak I ever had hands down.

I went to Alpine butcher for the first time today after finding them on google and stumbling across their youtube shorts. I was trying to find a butcher with a good selection of hard to find cuts of meat. Alpine did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also seemed to have really good product knowledge and take pride in their work which is hard to find at retail stores nowadays.The selection of meat and variety of cuts was far better than any other local butcher shops I've been to. The steak I made for my family was a big hit for dinner and I can't wait to enjoy the other products I purchased from them. 10 out of 10, this is definitely my new butcher shop and I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Great food, but don't order ahead for pick up. Slow as molasses. What's the point in calling in an order if I'm just going to stand there for 20 minutes waiting for them to start the order?

My partner and I used a gift certificate to get a few products from alpine butcher. We bought a couple of the burgers made in house and a package of venison/duck sausages w orange zest.
The burgers were not like other specialty burgers I’ve eaten. If I had to guess, they choose and grind the meat that goes into them. I found them a touch salty but worth the money and a nice treat of great quality.
The sausages were u pique and delightful.
I would absolutely recommend this business for a good quality cut of meat or unique products not found elsewhere.
The staff were also informative and friendly which I value highly and very much appreciate.

I have ordered my bone-in prime rib from them for the past two years online and I can’t say enough about how great they are. Beyond the quality (which is superb) their customer service tops it. Growing up it was a tradition that each person has a rib- my dad was insistent. My dad passed away and right now it is just my husband and me at Christmas. It is not easy finding a two-bone prime rib that is not for 6 people. The butchers have always been so accommodating and helpful. They always find a way to do cut a small two bone for me and it means the world to me that I can still carry on that tradition with my family.
