Burger King in Lowell

“Ordered 2 meals, one burger,2 drinks side onion only 2 fries. Order came, 2 fries 1 onion ring. Burgers and 2 cups. We'll 1 fries short. I'm short , don't like getting shorted. Well workers, raised voice, talked with attitude, and she being in her 60s, was dumbfounded. Asked young man to speak to Mgr. I'm the Mgr. Was arguing over a 1$ fries. I'm nothing, but I had to say the serenity prayer, if not, situation would have been real bad, on top of it, talking to other workers in Español, she speaks fluently.
It doesn't matter, customers are always right, especially after dropping 40$$$$$ for 3 meals. Need to train manager to talk to public, or someone will, teach that disrespect to any woman is not good..
