This place never fails to deliver. They serve great dishes for convenient pricing, there are no long waits even when the place is busy.

Delicious food and great customer service. Both pick up and delivery is always fast and efficient and the correct orders. Definitely love how they have a pick any 2,3 or 4 items that comes with a rice so you can customize your own plate if you don’t like what they offer. The dumplings are TO DIE for. Free can of soda with a purchase over a certain amount ($15?) and free appetizers if you order over other certain amounts. How can you go wrong?

Horrible!! Second time we placed an order with a thirty minute or less wait Over an hour passes no delivery. We called them, they were closed and forgot our order again but would deliver it in 20 minutes. No discount offered, no apology, nothing. They don't care as long as they get your money ! No more. Gave it a second chance and same thing and this is NOT a packed, long line , super busy take out ! You don't treat customers like that , not if you care! And you don't !

Placed an order and a free item is given when a certain amount is spent , put in special instructions for crab Rangoon as the free item which is offered. Delivery comes with wrong item. Called back and explained it was noted on order and they said we will send driver back. Then they call back asking for the wrong FREE item received to be given to driver!! Are u kidding me! What are they going to do , re- sell it after it’s been in a customers possession ? I think that’s honestly rude to do to a regular customer who spends a good amount of money at their restaurant. Not happy at all !!!!!! But we handed the free item to the driver.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The food is good, but the service is awful. I asked for some items to not be on my order and my boyfriend's order as well, when we got our food both of our orders were wrong. Both of us did not get what we asked for and when we called to get a replacement, they told us only one of our orders could be replaced. A little annoyed, we agreed and asked to have the chicken lo mein remade correctly. The girl that was on the phone was very calm, polite, and understanding. However, when I got off the phone with her, one of the men who work here called me back a few minutes later to argue with me and saying they were going to charge us for the re-made order because "I ate the previous order." I told him I did not eat it and he could come pick it up and take the incorrect order back with him. However, he still wanted to argue with me and yell at me telling me I did not state that I did not want certain items on my order, when I did repeatedly tell him. Overall, they delivered the chicken lo mein, but I did not eat it. Due to their serious lack in customer service skills, I would not put it past them to have a lack in sanitation and human decency (they probably spit in my food). First time getting food from here, and it definitely was the last time.

This is my new favorite place to eat! The service is great, the food is great, and they usually say that it will take around 40 minutes for our food to be delivered, but it has never actually taken that long. Very satisfied with the whole experience each time we order from here!

I absolutely love this place but the simple fact that I called today to order a lunch special at 3:02, just a mere two minutes over the the time lunch ends and they wanted to charge me a dinner price. Seriously, people do not eat dinner at 3 pm so why not start dinner prices at a minimum 4pm. Also, it is 2 minutes, not a half hour but just 2 minutes and you couldn't make an exception from a person that orders two to three times a week from there smh, so ridiculous. That just turned me off and rubbed me the wrong way.
