I am very happy with the customer service here! We always call to place our order for delivery and the people who answer the phone are very nice and calm. We’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have never had an issue with anything. It’s a really great place to go!
Best place by far!!! My family and I have ordered from so many Chinese restaurants and we were never satisfied with the quality or taste of the food. We have ordered from China East multiple times and will never go anywhere else. It’s our go-to restaurant now!

Delicious food and great customer service. Both pick up and delivery is always fast and efficient and the correct orders. Definitely love how they have a pick any 2,3 or 4 items that comes with a rice so you can customize your own plate if you don’t like what they offer. The dumplings are TO DIE for. Free can of soda with a purchase over a certain amount ($15?) and free appetizers if you order over other certain amounts. How can you go wrong?
