The shrimp pan fried momos were the best. The sauce served with them was totally bland and boring. I got the hot sauce which I mixed into the sauce served and it made it a little better but still pretty awful. Chicken momos were very good but the cumin sauce was very bland and watery and just not good. The Baingan bharta was a pile of mush, not good. No flavor. We have gotten takeout from here 2x now. Both times we have loved our food. I highly suggest to anyone that likes spicy food to give it a try 😊
