New owner. Lowell Restaurant is located at Pailin Market. Me Ka Tong (beef chow fun) is excellent. Beer & wine, appetizers are generous. Helpful waitstaff and great experience overall. Can't wait to come back next week for beef noodle soup. (PHO)
Love this place. Plenty seats. Friendly staff. The interior design reminds me back to the common design of restaurants in Saigon when I was young. I love NamVang Dried Noodle and Lok Lak Beef Fried Rice here. They are soooo yummy !

This lil hole in the wall is great! The food was amazing and full of flavor! We ordered the spicy papaya salad, pineapple fried rice and the beef with Chinese broccoli. The papaya salad and fried rice were super spicy. We had to stop eating it because our mouths were on fire! The beef and broccoli was perfect though. The beef was seared and slightly pink the middle on a bed of Chinese broccoli with a sauce that was amazing! I recommend this place if you're looking for a place...read full review
