“I was just passing through the area. I was actually hanging out at this place a long time ago, like 1988. I wanted to stop by and see if it was as I remembered it. It was! Sorry for rambling. I got a cheeseburger and fries and they were excellent. The service was great and the place was quiet. Of course I was there at 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon so that might have had something to do with it. If I get back through the area I would definitely stop there again.“

“If you come to Bailey’s and don’t order Chef Paul’s Meat Loaf, you are doing it WRONG. I have never had a meal so mind blowing, so comforting so… scrumptious. When Chef Paul’s meatloaf is placed in front of you, you’ll finally know the feeling of “love at first sight”. The first bites will give you butterflies, and with each bite you’ll fall more and more in love until, after you’ve savored each and every bite, you will feel as if you were in Chef Paul’s warm embrace. My thanks to the staff at baileys for such a wonderful meal. In fact, not a day has gone by since the day I first tasted Chef Pauls Meatloaf where the loaf has not crossed my mind. For what drives a man to create such a masterpiece, such a; beautiful symphony of flavor and texture. Only obsession can create such a meal. Perhaps the recipe stems from a form of escapism. Did something trouble Chef Paul has a child? Some inescapable trauma? Was the only way out the loaf ? Whatever the case, there is no amount of suffering that is not worth the creation of Chef Pauls Meatloaf.
