La Copà Cafe Restaurante Bar is a Mexican Italian fusion styled spot. The lamb tips are tender and flavored, served with mashed potatoes and gravy, and the broccoli is fresh. The lobster ravioli and calamari are phenomenal, and the BBQ chicken pizza special is a great experience all around. The michelada is delicious, the garlic bread is top tier, and the short rib rigatoni with a garlic parmesan sauce transcends every version. The staff is attentive, the service is amazing, and the hospitality is unmatched. The owner is polite, friendly, eager to serve, and accommodating. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and painted beautifully with murals. There is hardly any waiting time, the presentation is great, and the freshness and taste are outstanding. Everyday specials include half price burgers on Monday. Each dish is out of this world, made with fresh ingredients.
