I’ve never had such a bad experience such as the one that I had at the Lynn mass Pizza Hut location. The pizza was old and dried out. The customer service was not very good. I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came to the front. The lobby was dirty, including a person who appeared to be homeless Just hanging out there.

I would like to thank the night clerk for her service on 02/14/25. Last night, at 11pm, I stopped by to buy a pizza, and this lady was very kind to me and my husband. She noticed that we were Brazilian and said that she spoke a little Portuguese. She explained everything to us and helped us choose the pizza topping. I wanted to do this review because normally on a Saturday, at 11pm, we never get good service. The employees are always rude, making it seem like they hate working and blaming the customer. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the lady's name, but I would like her boss to know that she has an excellent employee.

I will never again order Pizza Hut. Unless certain changes are made! I spent 25$ on greasy pizza that dripped down both sides of my face and ruined my new shirt! Also the chocolate chip cookie was just as greasy and uncooked .top it off it was ice col d and the store is 5 min. Away from my house
You guys need to hire your own drivers. I was trying to get some pizza for my autistic kids for lunch so I could have a little bit of a break, instead I ended up arguing with a driver who doesn't speak English and didnt show up with ANY change. He immediately started a fight with me and continued to do so for 30 mins. It's unfortunate that I won't want to order from you again because of this guy.

I ordered the triple box. I got the 2 pizzas and the cheesy bread and cinnamon buns but they forgot the cinnamon buns. They should've called me to let me know but they didn't and I paid full price.The pizza got here cold and took an hour the store is literally down the street.
And when I call the store I was transferred to a call center to be connected to the store I ordered from. The phone machine just kept repeating. to order from Pizza Hut it's too complicated,
Call center, cold food, missing items, no discount for the missing item, yeah I'm never going back.
This will be my first and last time I'll order from them again.

I ordered a thick pan pizza and received a thin crust pizza plus it was cold to the touch had to be reheat and tried to call ? and was hung up on 8 times. I spent 27.83 on some dam pizza that was totally cold ❄️ and was not even able to get it resolved because it goes through a call center never never never again would I ever ever speak proudly of pizza hut in Lynn mass

Julie, the shift manager, went above and beyond. After having difficulties getting an order delivered due to the automated system, I went to the restaurant in person. Julie truly cared and did everything she could think of to make the situation right. I hope her store manager sees this, because in my opinion, Julie deserves at least a raise for her outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back again.

Today, October 8, 2024, I ordered some wings and I had to call twice to see what was happening and the wings took me an hour and a half later with the fries, the wings and cold fries, cold as ice and a crappy place, I won't buy again. in this disgusting place, never again disgusting food
They don’t have any sanitizer hands or some similar for cleaning hands. The menu is a blurry piece of paper on the wall but is no visible. I’m trying to create account on the app but that don’t accept more than 7 characters, that is a problem for me and cause I’m no use a single password for each app. And could be more selective with the ingredients.

SAD THAT I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR IN ORDER FOR ME TO PUT A REVIEW. It should be an option to put negative stars.Worst place to order from ever. Stay away and do not order here. I put an order online to be delivered, after 1 hour of not receiving my order, I called the store and they stated that they are waiting for the delivery driver. An hour and 15 minutes later I decided to send my son to see what is going on. (Total of 2 hours and 15 minutes after putting my order online) My son arrived there and was told that the issue was that doordash never picked up the order. Mind you I did not order through doordash, I ordered straight to the store online. My order totaled $44.49. This includes my food, delivery fee and tip. The manager gave my son my food and the delivery fee but not after trying to charge me again saying that I have not paid for my order. My son told him that this was paid online and that was the end of that part. When my son told him that he was missing money (the tip that I have paid for the delivery) The manager told him that he we needed to contact doordash corporate to get a refund. How in the world we going to contact doordash corporate if I don't even have those services and I did not order through them. They are the ones that decided to use the service, maybe because they did not have a delivery driver, who knows and who cares. The point is that we did not order through them. We order online directly to the store and to be delivered by the store. Now, how the hell they paid a tip to a driver that never showed up to get the order in the first place. This is just BS, they stole from me and is simple as that. They putting the blame on a service they contacted not me and at the end they stole money from me. DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ROBBED.
