I am disappointed with the food quality I order a bacon chicken parm melt and got this. Was not edible. The bread was rock hard, the filling was stuck to the box. How they even had the audacity to serve this is beyond me!

I don't like the idea I have to place my order with someone off site then when I make my order I'm told the system won't let me take certain ingredients off my pizza and I have to except the order as is. That is not professional service at all. Extremely disappointing. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. They have lost my patronage.
Picked up order, drove home, realized they gave me three medium pizzas instead of two medium and a large. Called number and it's a call center that can't do anything except forward me to local location, but they never answer (we've had problems at this location before). It was too late to drive all the way back and have them remake order. Had I been able to speak with someone at the location might have had time.

Horrible service. Made an order and pizza took forever to come and when it did, it was cold and stale. It was not the Uber dirver's fault. It was the restaurant. The pizza also came with a missing piece.. like what the heck?!?
