What a pleasant experience! Fast, fresh and clearly made with care. Parked near the Bear Moose Brewery, the beer tenders suggested we visit this Mom & Daughter team trick. The birria tacos with dipping juice and guacamole with chips were good-sized portions and extremely tasty. Worth seeking this truck out to support a local business that uses family recipes!
Wow!I am blown away by how good everything was!They have birria on Fridays and weekends.We got birria loaded Fries, birria Burrito, and churros.The Birria was amazing, cooked perfectly had great flavor, and there was so much food.I cannot recommend mi Corazon highly enough!
