Pay attention when you orden online, there's been a change in management. If you ask for one type of bread, they give you another. You choose certain ingredients, and they put different ones. Be careful very bad experience.

I was the only person in the store and it took a good 8 minutes to help me out, my food sat on the counter for another 5, then another 10 to cash me out for a single footlong dipper meanwhile i'm the only person in the store and they're 2 employees on duty one was in the back doing god knows what.

I only come in about once a week or so but these ladies are very nice and extremely hard working. They don't have an easy job by any means and should be appreciated for everything they do.
They ran my credit card twice for the same sandwich.I explained it to the manager on duty and showed her on my banking app. She said she called the store manager.End result - I had to dispute the charge with my bank. That's an hour I'll never get back due to the Managers on duty negligence.Kids from store staff were running wild in the small restaurant.Street people were allowed to sit at a table just inside the restaurants front door. Panhandlers were begging for money just outside the front door. Homeless people were coming and going, using the restroom in the back of the store.Horrible experience!Beware!
