This weekend, I was visiting my sister in Lynn, and I happened to walk past the Supreme Bakery on Washington Street. The aroma of fresh baked bread was overwhelming, and so I decided to go in and pick out a thing or two for me and my sister. I just want to add something else to my review. I found ONE thing they make that is good, and good for one purpose. Their french bread is PERFECT for putting together a homemade Bahn Mi! Not normally a baguette I'd buy - the airy quality, along with (if you give it a very short time in an oven) the crispy outer crust is just what you need to put together your own version of Bahn Mi. AMAZING BREAD! The smells coming out of this place envelope the air. HEADS UP: You may have to enter through the alleyway side door. It might look a little sketchy but go to the side and bread heaven awaits.
