BAB Korean Bistro Malden offers a casual dining experience with a focus on quick service and satisfactory Korean cuisine. The restaurant caters to both dine-in and takeout customers, providing ample parking for convenience. Standout dishes include crispy chicken wings, fries, and the unique Sam Gye Tang (Ginseng Chicken). The bimbimbap and dolsot bibimbap are praised for their authenticity and quality. Customers appreciate the decent portion sizes and the inclusion of side dishes. The staff is attentive and friendly, contributing to an overall satisfying dining experience. BAB Korean Bistro Malden has tasty Korean food with lots of choices. The spicy kimchi fried rice and the jajangmyeon are highly recommended. Takeout options include spicy pork bimbim bab, cheese tteok bokki, haemul pa jeon, and chicken fried rice, all described as so good, with the tteok bokki being nice and spicy and the fried rice flavorful. Favorites include tteokbokki with a super delicious sauce and ttukbaegi bulgolgi, warm and deeply satisfying. Bibimbap was very good with lots of veg. Fried chicken is top-notch, always worth ordering. Jjamppong was excellent. The people who work here are always super friendly and way more attentive than expected.
