“I had visited post-lunch (~2pm). The prices (I think) are pretty reasonable (compared to places like other nearby Korean places (granted Coreanos advertises both Korean and Korean fusion). I ordered a small order (about 6 wings, plenty for one serving) of Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken wings and dined in. It comes with a side of pickled radish which is a nice palate cleanser especially for something like Korean Fried Chicken. It was still fresh from the fryer and plenty juice with a crispy batter and a flavorful sauce. I definitely want to come back to try some of their other dishes. I feel like it is also a good place to give some Korean dishes a try without overspending.“

“Food: the options for the grill were great, it was hard to understand at first but when you figure it out you can make pretty good food, it was tough to find some sauces due to the lack of labels
Service: the server did decent service, nothing bad but nothing notable
Atmosphere: the building was clean and presentable, there weren't food labels on a couple of items so it was difficult to know what you were eating if you haven't seen a lot of Korean food before“

“WE MISS YOU!!!
We moved away about 1 year ago and this was our go to chicken spot when we lived out in Mass. My husband was in Korea for a couple years and says this chicken is home-y and legit. I recommended this place to all my friends when I tasted it for the first time. the spicy, soy garlic, even plain wings are freakin unmatched. Always with a side of their crispy crinkle fries lol. The workers there were always so nice. We miss it and crave frequently!!“

“Dining out lately has been disappointing—expensive with mediocre food and service—so I rarely do it anymore. However, this restaurant was a wonderful exception. Both the food and service were exceptional, and the atmosphere was lovely.
The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and delicious, and the seafood soup was full of flavor. They even treated us to a complimentary small drink at the end! What impressed me most was their honesty: they calculate the suggested tip based on the pre-tax amount. Many places nowadays calculate tips after tax, which I find unfair. It’s refreshing to see a business with such integrity. Highly recommended!“

“K-bok is one of my new favorite spots, the staff are so nice & welcoming, the food is very good. I had the original fried chicken with no sauce, pickled radish and fried veggie dumplings (Veggie Mini Mandu/fried). There was a female DJ, she was great. I think her name is DJ NYAF. She set a dope vibe. I was surprised to find out she was using vinyl records too. It elevated the atmosphere. If it were not for her, I would only put 3 stars but with her there was definitely a 5 stars atmosphere. The drinks were cool. I had a Lychee Margarita. It was really really good. I would go back again. I hope the same DJ will be there. I went in because I could hear the music from outside. The door was open and saw they had a DJ, a bar, dance floor and it is connected for restaurant. The bathrooms are clean and nice but stall are the small size to point of being cramped in one of them. I do not think they all the stalls are the same size. The entire space for the bathroom is small. It would be hard for more 2 people to comfortably be in the bathroom and waiting to use the sink. There are 3 stall but I am not sure if they could fit to wash their hands after using the bathroom at the same time. Other than that. It is still a nice spot.“

“The samyetang truly stole the show. The broth was bursting with flavor, and the chicken was incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone. It was the perfect dish to warm me up. But I have to say, the raw soy sauce shrimp was my absolute favorite—so tender with just the right amount of soy sauce.“

“Oh my god, this place is so good. It totally hit the mark when I was craving Korean BBQ. For $40 per person, you can eat as much Korean BBQ as you want. Not only pork, but chicken and beef too, and all the side dishes are excellent. I couldn’t believe how good the kimchi stew and egg soufflé were.
I am pretty sure the place is run by Chinese owners, so you cannot really expect ssamjang, but for this price point it is about as good as an all you can eat Korean BBQ place can get. Even though it is AYCE, the food quality is still very solid and I honestly do not know how they make a profit with how generous the portions are.
Loved it and I am honestly considering signing up for the membership. Will definitely come back again. But beware there will be a long line. We waited about 40 minutes starting around 8 p.m. on a Friday.“

“These mochi donuts are insanely good. Dangerous even. This is definitely the best mochi donut spot I've been to and it's hard to resist during every HMart visit. It pains me to think of them throwing away even a single of their donuts at the end of the day. Please buy them :)“

“I usually like the food here but the service is usually terrible. I think if they improved their service, the restaurant would be somewhere I’d like to return to. This was my third or fourth time but this last experience made me not want to come back. 😔
The food taste/quality also wasn’t as good as I hoped. Mandoo ttuk guk didn’t have enough mandoo and too much ttuk - they should also bring a burner so the guk stays hot.
I think the waitress got mad bc I asked her to switch out a combo item for bulgogi which cost less than galbi - I was confused about why they wouldn’t want to do that.“

“The service was great and the food was delicious. I went in and got some take out. Once the food was brought out I asked if I could eat a little bit at a table. My server allowed me to and brought me some water and side dishes. I got the jjambbong seafood noodles. I was assuming it would have a strong seafood taste but to my surprise it was a very mellow lime’ish taste. The broth was delicious and the noodles were a perfect blend of springy and chewy and held onto the broth great. It is a bit pricey but so are most restaurants. If your ever in the area I absolutely recommend buk kyung“

“The quality of the cooking is stunning. Their mackerel was very soft and tender and one of the best I’ve ever had (and came de-boned!), and the mushroom clam stew tasted very very fresh. The wait staff was also great. However, in terms of authenticity, it was just ok. The haemul pajeon was slightly undercooked and the batter was more similar to Chinese scallion pancakes, and the black bean noodle sauce didn’t have enough sweet/savory flavor. Overall though, I definitely understand why they got on the Michelin recommended list.“

“We are the Harvard Korean Association (HKA), a group of undergraduate Korean-American students at Harvard. For one of our major events involving Korean-Americans across the school, Seoul Topokki was our catering of choice. 사장님 was so kind and helpful in supporting us and the food was of course so delicious. A lot of the students rated this some of the best Korean food they’ve had in the area, and many of us hadn’t had such good authentic Korean food since leaving home. Seoul Topokki remains our students’ favorite food places and we are so happy we spent all our food budget here!! Thank you Seoul Topokki!“

“Quality was great at this location and our server Jamie gave us amazing service. The spicy hot chicken was perfectly crispy with a satisfying kick of heat. A nice surprise was the honey garlic chicken that the owner Gift recommended, it had an excellent texture and great flavor. The rice cakes were some of the best we've had, especially with the melted cheese, and the fish cakes were a great addition that completed the dish. We'll definitely be back!“

“I went to BBQ Chicken to try their lunch deal: 6 boneless pieces of chicken, fries and a can of soda,$15. A lot of chicken and a lot of fries both very delicious and filling just so good! I thought it was a bargain. You order at the counter and they give you a notification device of when to come back. Took about 7 minutes. Worth the wait. Small with a few tables, the window seat is the best, a few large screen tvs, more menu items as well but it's a large amount of tasty food for the lunch deal. All one floor. Right near the City Hall and the large Post Office.“

“Bab Korean Bistro is a casual Korean restaurant that offers a broad menu ranging from traditional comfort food to Korean Chinese favorites, making it easy to try more than just the usual barbecue dishes. The dining room has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and the menu is large enough that there is something for almost everyone, whether you are looking for a hearty soup, sizzling rice dish, or something to share with a group. It feels like the kind of neighborhood restaurant that works equally well for a casual lunch or dinner.
One of the biggest strengths of the restaurant is its variety. The menu includes favorites like bibimbap, sundubu, japchae, and bulgogi alongside Korean Chinese dishes such as jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The cream jjamppong is one of the more unique options, combining a rich, creamy broth with a spicy kick, while the soondubu delivers plenty of heat for anyone looking for something comforting. The dolsot bibimbap is another solid choice, served in a hot stone bowl that creates the crispy rice layer at the bottom.
If you are visiting with a group, there are plenty of shareable dishes worth ordering. The kimchi scallion pancake is crispy and generously portioned, while the tangsuyuk and sweet and spicy fried chicken are good additions to the table. The restaurant also serves complimentary banchan, which helps round out the meal and adds a variety of flavors before the main dishes arrive.
The portions are noticeably generous, especially for the price, making it a good value compared to many other Korean restaurants in the area. Service is friendly and attentive even when the restaurant is busy, and the staff are helpful with recommendations or accommodating requests such as adjusting spice levels. During peak dinner hours, the restaurant can get crowded, so there may be a short wait, particularly on weekends.
Overall, Bab Korean Bistro is a dependable spot for Korean comfort food with generous portions, a wide-ranging menu, and solid value. The combination of traditional Korean dishes, Korean Chinese specialties, and welcoming service makes it a place I would happily return to, especially when dining with friends so we could order a variety of dishes to share.“

“I've been going to Korean Garden for several years now, and their service and experience never disappoints.
There isn't much music that plays at the restaurant, but the restaurant isn't too loud. The tables are nice and there is a big walking space to move around.
The service is quick and good. They exchange the water bottles quite quickly, and the food comes out pretty fast.
The prices for the food is decently priced. The Korean BBQ does run a bit on the expensive side if you are a big eater, but the tteokbokki and appetizers are reasonably priced, even lower than other restaurants. The quality of the food is pretty good, and tastes quite well with the banchan. I would recommend the hot pot bibimbap, it isn't too hot when it arrives at the table but keeps the food warm, and it can form scorched rice at the bottom of the pot when done. The portion sizes for the korean bbq is good for a party of around 4-5.
A majority of the tables are suited for parties of 4-6, I probably wouldn't come here with a party larger than 8.“

“The food is excellent, everything is made in house as far as I can tell. The ban chan is always unique and creative. Obviously their Bibimbap is to die for, but their Korean Grill items keep me coming back. The pork belly is divine!! The owners/chefs are probably the sweetest people I have ever met and treat us like family. What a treat to eat!!“

“Everything you could want for breakfast &/or lunch. The fresh salad bar - build your own - is awesome, hard to find these days. The lunch bowls were excellent, with perfect rice, sides of chapchae noodles and stir fry veggies. Delicious egg sandwiches, too. We found the bulgogi/beef teriyaki a bit sweet, but overall delicious and perfectly seasoned. The bowl/plate is also nicely seasoned w/sesame & green onion garnish plus the delicious sides. Other sandwich & panini options look great, too, but we always crave the rice bowls. Also the food is always freshly made. Beware during lunch rush hour. Mid-late afternoon is best. We often take away for dinner. Like all good sauces, the flavors improve! The place has table & counter space to dine in, is bright & cute, coffee is delicious and service is excellent. You will want to return!“

“Great place! I get lunch here often, sitting at the bar and relaxing. Be wary of Friday and Saturday nights if you like calm, as the karaoke nights are wild. Or look forward to it if that's your jam. Still, Korean Fried chicken is delicious, and they do it really well. Tip for those eating with their hands, they offer those disposable gloves 😉.“
