“I was born in Seoul, Korea and I have to say that their tteokbbokki brings back the memories of my childhood to Sinsadong tteokbbokki where it was known as the birthplace of tteokbboki according to the Koreans back then. So, chef Sam’s tteokbbokki’s definitely brings back nostalgic memories of my childhood. It is very well filled and of course, scrumptious as well. Sena and Sam really provide heartwarming service to all the customers whether it is for dine in or take out. They really go beyond to educate each customers with the origin of each dishes and ingredients they use to make it so some customers whom aren’t so experienced in Korean dishes can easily expect when the order each dish. Chicken skin is my personal guilty pleasure where I can either dip them into tteokbboki sauce or even crunch the alone is so satisfying. “The beef bulgogi is delicious here! My boyfriend and I usually go here and specifically get the beef bulgogi and it’s always good. It has the perfect mix of savory with the slight marinated sweet taste of the beef, which I love. The workers are also super kind and we had a great conversation with them. The only thing I will say is that there are no tables to sit and eat so make sure you’re ready to take out the food.“

“Some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. We ordered both the spicy and non-spicy boneless wings, and they were perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful and not greasy at all. The pickled radish was delicious, and the vegetable dumplings were light with a wonderful kimchi-forward flavor. Every dipping sauce was so good that we finished all of it.

“Live music multiple times a week (the jazz band was charming and played wonderfully), hand-shaved was a crowdpleaser for kids, great tapas selection. I highly recommend that bottomless tapas. It's reasonably priced and you have a number of options that are not on the regular menu.

Our party had teenagers, pre-teens, and a toddler and they were all entertained and well fed throughout the entire two-hour dinner.

My server allowed me to and brought me some water and side dishes. I got the jjambbong seafood noodles. I was assuming it would have a strong seafood taste but to my surprise it was a very mellow lime’ish taste. The broth was delicious and the noodles were a perfect blend of springy and chewy and held onto the broth great. It is a bit pricey but so are most restaurants. “I work in Burlington, and K-Style is my go-to spot. I usually order the Cup Bops and the chicken bites, and they're always absolutely delicious. The flavors taste just like genuine Korean street food, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

“The service a perfect 5 stars. They are busy, but any server, multiple servers attend to you. The staff courteous, polite and well mannered.

The food all good. Pork cheek on the menu a plus. More importantly, refilling banchan is not limiting like other kbbq places that can make you feel uncomfortable. The only little thing I would comment on is the salt pepper sesame dipping sauce can use a bit more kick and a little less oil.

The atmosphere is comfortable, lively and no frills.

“Solid Korean bowl shop! They are in base so you need access to get in.Their chicken bowl was delicious. I heard their Bulgogi bowl is the best. Bowl prices are low compared to places like chipotle, cava, and mezeh etc.They get busy during lunch so come early or late. Fast and great customer service.“

Also the menu selection is wide ranging so there will be something for everyone. This is also conveniently located on a stretch of highland where there are not many other restaurants, which is great. Food: I loved the more authentic flavors all around! I’m disappointed by the recent trend towards sweetness in Korean food so I’m really excited to have moved so close to Koreana. The meat was very high quality but I really really liked the tteokbokki and seafood pancake. The pancake was so crispy and fluffy, while the rice cake was nicely spicy and chewy.

Service: The staff was super kind and accommodating to our sesame allergy. They were very informative and gave concrete answers on the allergens. They all cooked the meats perfectly!

Atmosphere: I think this restaurant has a cozy/homely feel. The decoration is more laid back so it’d be great for a group for a celebration or afternoon drinks. The lunch menu also makes it an affordable lunch stop!“

We sat outside on the Patio and were Greeted by our Waitress who was Welcoming and Helpful with Menu choices. “Decent Japanese Korean cuisine. Atmosphere gives off Asian asthestics with a water fountain at the entrance. Pricing is more on middle-high-end, so a group can easily rack up a bill of 150 to 200 dollars depending on what you select. There are reasonable amount of alcoholic choices. Dessert wise is limited. Food quality is passable, as the thin slices of meat are on the dry side, so if you have a hard time with dry over cook food, you may need sauce or condiments to compensate. One my group members commented the food taste sweet, so to be fair, Asian foods that use teriyaki sauce in their ingredients will taste sweeter than the usual Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I would like to try sushi but it usually expensive here compared to a strictly sushi restaurant. Overall this one the better quality restaurants I've been to around the Greater Boston Area.“
