Customer service on a scale of 1-10 is maybe a 3,owner is lousy,food is awful,the owners think they are on the top of the world,they think they are the best in the community,which is a lie,best one so far is Highland Cuisine,they have a couple good people working there,but the owners better go to etiquette school to learn the basics of good customer service

I have told you,guys,in April 2022 that Cosmos Caribbean Restaurant in Malden was awful and customer service was worse now many of you have backed me up,in this time and age we can’t let anyone fool us or put us down,we work hard for our money
