New years Eve, on possibly the worst year in modern history (2020), my girlfriend and I called and went to 4 places and they all had a 2 hour wait for sushi pickup. We then tried this restaurant. Sousaku Bistro is a hidden gem of a restaurant in Malden. The sushi and sashimi is always fresh. My go-to is the pork broth soup with pork belly and ramen. The pork buns are really juicy and the shrimp toast is my favorite app on the menu. The staff is super attentive they give great service. Whenever I went in with my young daughter, they would be accommodating about putting us in a booth and giving her a plastic cup with a straw so she'd make less of a mess. Definitely...
From the first moment you arrive in that place they give you a comfortable feeling. Very comfortable team, it is a good place to go out with buddies or with your date. delightful meals, professional chef de cuisine, good pay and attentive service. Warmly recommended.
