Atmosphere and staff were perfect. Food was a C unfortunately. Saturday night and place had availability. I hope it was just a fluke but my husband's Milanese was very dry and the Calamari was cold. My friends Chicken Parm was rubbery. That being said the dessert was delicious , the drinks were good and prices were fair.
My husband and I were very happy to see so many people dining at 35 Beach Street yesterday evening. It had been a while since we had been there last, so seeing it so full was heartening. However, with the number of diners comes that much more noise, so we opted for a two-top in the porch section, which was sufficiently quieter. My wife and I have dined here many times, and we've never had a bad dish. Our favorite appetizers are the burrata salad and the fried zucchini, and we're also big fans of the Beach Burger — easily one of the best burgers we've ever had. The service is consistently good, and the atmosphere has a great energy when the restaurant fills up during the dinner rush. I recommend making a reservation, as tables (and the bar) fill up quickly. Highly recommended!
