“had friends looking for someplace different to try the new place...well after a long wait with an empty restaurant the pizza finally came out . was it worth the wait .in a nutshell I've had better from stop and shops freezer department. cardboard like thin and way over done. live and learn but never again. the bar tender was the waitress too .payed more attention to customers at the bar...nope not ever again“

“Awesome service and atmosphere! Great beer, wine and liquor selection. Food menu had offerings for everyone and allergy types. Spinach and Prosciutto pizza was delicious. Cowboy Cobb Salad was ok (big portion), the bbq ranch dressing was very bland. Definitely recommend adding blackened chicken to any salad it was delicious. Chicken Caesar Salad (big portion) unfortunately again the Caesar dressing had no flavor, tasted watered down. The Caesar dressing is what pulls this salad together. Food rating 3.5. Overall rating 4.0.“

Don’t let the exterior fool you, this place is cool, step inside & feel the vibe with all kinds of signage & plaques from old hotels, businesses and landmarks from all over the Cape and beyond. “Stopped in for a bowl of Lobster Bisque. It was served in a bread bowl which was soooo perfect and the bisque was the best I have ever had…all in all the food and experience was to die for. The complimentary cookie was a great treat! Delicious.“

“I’ve never physically dined at Charlie’s but have gotten delivery a couple of times. My kids and I love their pizza.

I’m sure their other dishes are amazing. Their pizza is certainly delicious. I will say that I had an experience tonight with an unfamiliar delivery driver. I guess he knocked on my door several times before I finally heard him and when I opened the door to greet him he was seemingly agitated. I apologized for not having heard him as I was tending to my kids and he then plainly said “40 bucks”. I handed him the money, already knowing what it costed from prior orders- he rounded up, I digress. As I was shutting the door I heard him say “wow, that’s it?”

I was going to say something but chose to just let it go. Charlie’s is literally a two minute drive to where I live. I understand it’s the holidays however a lot of us are struggling financially and don’t necessarily have the means to be tipping big on a delivery (that was two minutes up the road). I just found it very inappropriate to make a remark like that quite loudly where he knew my door was still open. Like dude I’m just trying to feed my kids while I have some sort of stomach virus.

I did give a call in to let management know, call me a Karen, I don’t care. They were very apologetic and I appreciated that, I knew it wasn’t their fault and I usually would have just let it go but to be that bold about it was uncalled for.“
